Satoshi's wishing well
Throw sats into the well and make a wish. They go to Satoshi's genesis address, the first Bitcoin address ever. What falls in never comes out. Your wish stays around the well afterwards.
Don't use your real name. A Bitcoin transaction is public: anyone who links your wish to your transaction can see which wallet you paid from.
Where do your sats go?

ToSatoshi
You send to the genesis address yourself. The Embassy never touches your sats, and you see your own transaction in the artwork right away. Only whoever holds Satoshi's key could ever spend them. In more than seventeen years, that has not happened.
In the pot: 0 sats from 0 zappers. Passed on: 0 sats.
No account needed. We only store your wish, nickname and amount. The Embassy can hide inappropriate wishes.
All paid wishes
A confirmed payment is saved and visible to everyone, even after a refresh. All paid wishes remain visible around the well; their history is listed below.
What you see
Every dot is a transaction waiting for a place in a block. The brighter the dot, the higher the fee per vbyte.
On the right the next blocks fill up, highest bids first. Roughly every ten minutes a miner finds a block. The block then flies to the pool that found it, and the chain grows by one line.
The number in the centre is the time since the last block, as a percentage of the average ten minutes. Above 100 the next block is later than average. Blocks arrive irregularly, so the number predicts nothing.
The map is made of Bitcoin and Lightning nodes. New transactions rise from a random node, the way the network passes them on. Where the sender really is cannot be seen.
Below the blocks is the chain: every line is a block that was found, the newest on the right. The coin at the edge is the wishing well: whatever you throw in goes to Satoshi's genesis address.
